Reverse connectivity

Cloudraw ZTNA uses an outbound initiated architecture in which secure encrypted connections are established to a cloud based access gateway from both the internal environment and the remote user side.

A connector deployed inside the customer environment initiates and maintains an outbound only connection to the platform, eliminating the need for inbound firewall ports, publicly reachable services, or direct exposure of internal applications.

Remote users connect to the same gateway through an encrypted session, and access is brokered only to the specific authorized application rather than to the internal network.

This architecture removes inbound access paths into the organization, reduces the exposed attack surface, and limits opportunities for lateral movement and direct interception.
