Monthly Model

With the monthly pricing model, you pay a fixed monthly fee for the allocated server resources.

Key Characteristics

  • Includes 5 TB of outgoing traffic per month.
  • Traffic usage beyond the included 5 TB is charged separately.
  • Over usage traffic is billed at a low additional rate per GB.

Traffic Overage

  • Traffic beyond 5 TB: $0.01 per additional GB

Hourly Model

The hourly pricing model is usage based and provides maximum flexibility. Billing depends on the server’s operational state.

Server States

1. Powered On (Running)
  • You are charged hourly for all allocated resources (CPU, RAM, disk, etc.).
  • Traffic is billed from the first GB (no included traffic bundle).
2. Powered Off (Stopped)
  • You are charged only for disk storage.
  • Additional daily charges may apply if optional services are configured.
  • No charges for compute resources (CPU / RAM).

Traffic Billing

  • No included traffic quota.
  • All outgoing traffic is billed at: $0.01 per GB

Service pricing explanation

Our SMTP service pricing is usage based and transparent. The total monthly cost is calculated according to three main parameters:

Email Sending Cost per sent email $0.0001 per email ($1 per 10,000 emails)
Outgoing Data Cost per 1GB of outgoing traffic $0.10 per 1GB
Shared Package (Base Fee) Monthly minimum cost for shared IP usage $3 per month
Dedicated IP Address Monthly cost per dedicated IP (no shared package fee required) $9.5 per IP

Email Sending Volume

You are charged based on the number of emails sent through the SMTP service.

Outgoing Data Size (Attachments & Content)

Charges apply to the total outgoing data volume (including email content and attachments), measured in gigabytes (GB).

IP Address Type

This flexible model allows you to pay only for what you actually use, while choosing the IP setup that best fits your deliverability and reputation requirements.

You can choose between:

  • Shared IP – a cost effective option with a fixed monthly base fee.
  • Dedicated IP – a private IP address assigned exclusively to your account, priced per IP with no base package fee.

Notes

  • The Shared Package includes the use of shared IP addresses and requires a minimum monthly fee.
  • When using Dedicated IP addresses, there is no shared package base cost.
  • All usage based charges (emails sent and outgoing data) are calculated monthly and added to the applicable package or IP cost.

Cost calculation

  • Email sending: 20,000 × $0.0001 = $2
  • Outgoing data: 2 GB × $0.10 = $0.20
  • Shared package (base fee): $3

  • Outgoing data: 5 GB

Cost calculation

  • Email sending: 100,000 × $0.0001 = $10

  • Dedicated IP: 1 × $9.5 = $9.5
